In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, one God, Amen. I thank the Lord for allowing me to take the blessing of the Virgin Mary on this holy day. We remember the holiness of the Virgin Mary and God's love for every person who wants to live in holiness. God, as the Holy Bible says, 'those He foreknew, He also predestined.' God saw the holiness and virtues of Mary. There is a virtue she embodied: the virtue of endurance (Al-Ihtimal). Endurance in struggle, in work, in this difficult life. Mary was an orphan at six, lived in the temple's austerity, faced the suspicion of Joseph, the difficult journey to Bethlehem, and the flight to Egypt. She saw her son on the cross. The Gospel of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector teaches us about humility versus pride. God looks at the holy qualities in a person. Hold on to what you have. May God give us a holy life through the intercession of the Virgin Mary.
